Bond No. 9 The Scent of Peace for All: A Lavender Star for a Divided World

· Jason Cardenas

Bond No. 9's The Scent of Peace for All is a unisex EDP — pear, grapefruit, lentisque, amber — $485 for 100ml, on counters now.

Bond No. 9 has a new star on the shelf, and it arrives with a message. The Scent of Peace for All landed on counters in September 2026, timed to the month when New York becomes the world's meeting place for the United Nations General Assembly. It is a unisex eau de parfum, created by perfumer Miroslav Petkov with raw materials from Laboratoire Monique Remy.

The idea is simple on purpose. Founder Laurice Rahme has said everyone wants some kind of peace, and that New York as a global city can and should be proactive in promoting it. The fragrance is built to carry that invitation: optimistic, serene, and meant to feel universal rather than niche.

The composition

The opening is bright and juicy, creamy pear with tangerine and sparkling pink grapefruit. The heart is where it gets interesting. Lentisque absolute brings an aromatic, green edge, warm bran absolute adds a soft grain-like warmth you almost never see in a mainstream release, and crisp geranium oil keeps it fresh. The base rounds it out with golden amber, soft musk, and tobacco, a smooth trail that sits close and lasts.

The bottle

Bond No. 9's iconic star-shaped Silhouette bottle, rendered in soothing royal lavender with radiant white, handcrafted in Italy. A limited collector's edition with a sprinkling of Swarovski crystals runs $900. The standard bottle is 100 percent recyclable and uses 50 percent recycled cullet.

Price and availability

Eau de parfum, 50ml for $370 and 100ml for $485, plus a $140 candle. It is on sale at Bond No. 9's New York and Miami boutiques, Neiman Marcus, select Dillard's, Saks Fifth Avenue, select Bloomingdale's stores, Harrods and Selfridges in the UK, and bondno9.com.

One thing not to mix up

This is not The Scent of Peace from 2006. That was a women's floral woody musk by Michel Almairac, launched in the years after September 11. The Scent of Peace for All is a separate 2026 release with its own pyramid and its own message.

We have added The Scent of Peace for All to the catalog. Decants will follow once we have juice in hand.
